Honestly, I am a huge baby when it comes to anything medical: doctors, dentists, orthodontists, all of it. But Shelly is so welcoming and warm when you come in, which immediately makes things less stressful.
For my case, I had Invisalign for a while and now have braces to prepare for surgery. My case is severe because my jaw did not grow properly, and I also had dentists take teeth out too early, which caused a good amount of things that now need to be fixed including my breathing tube being very small. Because of that, my treatment is definitely on the higher end of what normal orthodontic treatment costs. The orthodontic treatment itself is about $6.5k, not including the surgery, which is with another provider that Dr. Lewandowski recommended.
They offer in-house payment plans with no interest, which is amazing and honestly something I haven’t seen before. My insurance was still able to help cover part of it too. I pay about $200 a month, and it’s automatically taken out of my account, which makes it super easy. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, and I can actually plan for it.
Hailey is the technician I usually get, and she is so sweet. She’s honest about what she’s doing, what to expect, and always gives great advice whenever I have questions about my braces.
And Dr. Lewandowski is such a caring and smart person. She’s super communicative and very real with me about updates and where I’m at in the process leading up to surgery. I genuinely feel cared for here, and that means a lot.
